Agreement
By using Moshi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We keep these terms simple and fair.
What Moshi Is
Moshi is a mobile terminal application that lets you connect to remote servers using SSH and Mosh protocols. It's a tool — what you do with it is your responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- You're responsible for the servers you connect to and the commands you run
- You must have authorization to access any servers you connect to
- You're responsible for keeping your SSH keys and credentials secure
- Don't use Moshi for anything illegal or harmful
Beta Software
Moshi is currently in beta. This means:
- Features may change or be removed
- Bugs may exist (please report them!)
- We may reset data between major updates
- The app is provided "as is" during beta
Paid Features
Some features marked with 👑 will become paid after the beta period. We'll give advance notice before any pricing changes. Beta users may receive special consideration.
Intellectual Property
Moshi and its original content (excluding your data) are owned by us. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute the app. The Moshi name and logo are our trademarks.
Limitation of Liability
Moshi is a tool for connecting to servers. We're not responsible for:
- Data loss on your servers
- Commands you run or their effects
- Security breaches on systems you connect to
- Connection failures or interruptions
- Any damages arising from use of the app
Use Moshi at your own risk. Always have backups and be careful with production systems.
Termination
We can terminate or suspend your access to Moshi at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can stop using Moshi at any time by deleting the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of Moshi after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll try to notify users of significant changes.
