Buy Pro here on the web — you'll get a Moshi license key by email to redeem in the app. Prefer the stores? Pro is also available as an in-app purchase. The app itself is always a free download.
Moshi 🐱 is built by a tiny indie team — not a VC-funded growth machine. We make money one way: you pay for Pro. There are no ads, no trackers, and we never sell your data. The terminal you connect through runs on your machines; we don't sit in the middle of your sessions.
A real person answers support, fixes bugs, and ships new features every week. Pro is what keeps that sustainable. In return we keep the free tier honestly useful — a full SSH terminal, not a 7-day countdown — so you only pay once Moshi has earned a spot in your daily workflow.
A real terminal made for phones — a live board of every agent, sessions that never drop, voice and image input, code review, and more.
A live board of every agent's tasks, asks, and context budget.
Stay connected across sleep, network switches, even app kills.
Picker, panels, and gestures — built for tmux + agent CLIs.
On-device voice-to-terminal — Parakeet, Whisper, Apple, or cloud.
Crop, scribble, and drop screenshots straight into a prompt.
Review the agent's working tree right from the terminal header.
Open the host's local dev server in Moshi's in-app browser.
Live Activity, Dynamic Island, Apple Watch — approve from anywhere.
Reconnect straight into a recent project folder from agent history.
Approve, deny, or reply to every agent ask in one place.
Customizable command panels for tmux, Zellij, and agent CLIs.
Custom themes, fonts, and app icons to fit your terminal.

It's a complete terminal. SSH with key, password, and jump-host auth; unlimited active sessions; push notifications; agent usage tracking; biometric key protection; and on-device dictation are all free with no time limit. If you connect to one or two machines over plain SSH, you may never need Pro.
No. Download the app, connect, and use the free tier with no account and no card. Pro is a paid upgrade you make only when you want it — buy it on the web or inside the app, and you'll see the locked features clearly before you ever pay.
Monthly ($7.99/mo) is the low-commitment way to try Pro. Yearly ($69.99/yr) works out to about $5.83/mo and saves 27% — it's what most people choose. Lifetime ($199 once) is a single payment for the same Pro entitlement with nothing to renew, offered for a limited time for people who'd rather own Moshi outright than manage a subscription.
Yes. One payment unlocks every current Pro feature and the Pro features we ship later, with nothing to renew. It's tied to the account or license key that bought it and restores on any device. Lifetime is a limited-time offer, so the option may not always be on the table.
Moshi is built by a tiny indie team, with no ads and no selling your data. Pro is what keeps the app maintained and funds new features — see the note on pricing above. The free tier stays genuinely useful on purpose.
Yes. Your Pro entitlement follows the account that bought it, and a Moshi license key shares it across up to 3 devices — including across iOS and Android — with shared cloud-dictation quota, shared hosts, and unified push. Web purchases come with that license key by email. See Licensing and sharing.
It depends where you bought. Store purchases are billed by Apple or Google — cancel a subscription from iOS Settings → Subscriptions or the Google Play app, and request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support. Web purchases are billed by Stripe — cancel or manage them anytime in the billing portal (sign in with the email you paid with). Full details live in Free vs Pro.
Yes — the App Store and Google Play set local prices for your region automatically, so what you pay is shown and charged in your own currency, with taxes handled by the store. There's no separate student discount, but the yearly and lifetime options are there if you'd rather spend less over time.
